As a print-on-demand seller, we create unique products only when they are ordered. Consequently, we do not accept returns or exchanges if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in cases of damaged products or manufacturing errors, we offer a free replacement or refund within 30 days of product delivery. To initiate this process, customers can contact us at deckonedealt@gmail.com and provide a clear photo illustrating the issue.
Here are some important points to keep in mind:
- Refunds are credited to the customer’s account balance, which can be withdrawn back to the original payment method.
- If multiple products with the same design are affected, an additional photo (or video) showing all impacted items in one frame is necessary for confirmation.
- We will not be responsible for replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color.
- In case of an unsuccessful delivery, customers can choose either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
- For DTG products, minor variations in print placement (within 0.5 inches) are not considered defects.”
